How Our International Mailing Works

1. Send Us Your Mail File. We’ll Send You a Quote in 24 Hours or Less.

If you are a publisher or printer looking to send a bulk international mailing from the United States, all we need to know are the number of pieces you want to send to each country and the piece weight. For a free quote, fill out our customized quote form. Our mailing software allows us to quickly evaluate every possible option for your mailing based on its piece weight and destination. During the business week, one of our foreign mail experts will contact you within 24 hours with your quote.

2. We Will Pick Up Your Mailing. (Or You Can Ship it to Us.)

We will arrange to have your mailing pieces picked up or you can send them to us. If you decide to send your mailing to us please create a pre-alert by logging into the client portal with your username and password, then clicking on the “Pre-Alert/Pick-Up” option in the left-hand menu. This pre-alert will let us track your shipment and begin processing it immediately upon receipt.

3. Your Mailing Will Be Processed and Shipped the Same Week.

When your mailing arrives our international mail experts will verify the number of pieces and the total weight of your shipment before processing your mailing. If necessary we will then polywrap, address and indicia each piece. Your mailing will be sent to the designated countries the same week.
